Dr. Wylie Tang is a born and raised Cary native. He earned his Biology degree from UNC Chapel Hill and his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He went on to complete a hospital-based General Practice Residency at the University of Louisville, where he later served as a clinical lecturer.
Dr. Tang achieved the prestigious Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry for his advanced studies in areas like digital dentistry, implantology, and smile design. He has completed additional mini-residencies in Endodontics, Clear Aligners, and Orofacial Pain. Dr. Tang is passionate about combining clinical precision with compassionate care and enjoys building long-term relationships with his patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tang enjoys cooking, rock climbing, learning new languages, and spending time with his wife Sharon and their cat Blackjack.
